Lok Dim Boon Gwan - Wing Chun Long Pole is a very fast and powerful pole form with six and a half individual strikes. Originally a Shaolin pole form, Wing Chun theories and principles such as center line theory, economy of motion were applied to this Wing Chun pole form. The Lok Dim Boon Gwan form can greatly increase the stability of stances, body movement and thrusting power. This form also strengthens the fingers, wrists, arms, shoulders, and upper body.
