Tai Chi Palm
The Tai Chi Palm also known as "touching the cloud hand", which includes 132 movements in its simply form. Tai Chi Palm was passed down from Tai Chi Praying Mantis master "Chu Chuk Kai"(1900-1991), he learned the Tai Chi Palm from a Wu Dong descendant Cheung Man Cho. This form is demanding because you must keep your balance most of the time, and is ideal for improving balance. In the Tai Chi Palm form, you will work your entire body while increasing core strength, flexibility and alignment. No matter which Tai Chi style you practice, they all are conducted slowly, calm, and gracefully, with each movement flowing seamlessly into the next without hesitation..
