The third of the beginner level DVDs in Jow Ga forms, this video features Siu Hung Kuen, the third hand form taught in the International Jow Ga Kuen Federation. Siu Hung Kuen uses whipping strikes, teaching the student how they can generate power through speed in their strikes as opposed to using raw muscle power.
