Siu Hung Kuen - "Little Hung Fist"
The forth of the beginner level video in Jow Ga forms, this video features Siu Hung Kuen, this hand form taught in the International Jow Ga Kuen Federation. Siu Hung Kuen uses whipping strikes, teaching the student how they can generate power through speed in their strikes as opposed to using raw muscle power. At this level of training, students are also introduced to basic weaponry using a matched pair of batons.
