Sub Dok Sau was originally created by Hung Ga Master Wong Fei Hung, and is one of the foundation forms of Hung Ga Kung Fu, one of the three styles which Jow Ga is comprised from. This form teaches solid stances, dynamic strength, and methods of generating incredible energy through powerful hand techniques. Students at this level focus on developing low, rooted stances and strong, clean techniques. This video presents the complete Sub Dok Sau Form, and then Sifu Chan breaks it down into six easy to learn sections. Individual techniques and form applications are also demonstrated. Sub Dok Sau is the 2nd hand form in the International Jow Ga Kuen Federation curriculum.
