Distance Learning for Remote Students
The distance learning program was developed for students who would like to learn Wing Chun, but do not have access to a local qualified school or instructor. The distance learning DVD set offers detailed, step-by-step instructions and precise demonstrations of fighting techniques.

Program fees and Registration
To praticipate in the Wing Chun distance program, Simply fill out the registration form. (Follow the "Pay Now" link below) and pay the $65 fee via Paypal to the Chan's Kung Fu School. This fee covers the cost of membership, the Distance Learning Program, and a Wing Chun Distance Learning Program Guide written by Master Sam Chan, but does not include training material or testing fee. After you complete the registration, Master Chan will contact you within 48 hours. And the International Wing Chun Martial Art Association will issue you a membership certification.

Distance Learning Program Step-by-Step
1. Visit our online store at www.chanskungfu.com to purchase Wing Chun training materials for the certification you would like to achieve. View, study and practice the material presented in the training DVD.

2. When you have mastered the necessary material, record a video of yourself demonstrating the required elements. Send the recorded DVD to Master Chan or upload the video on YouTube and provide a link to your video. Test papers are listed in the program guide.

3. When you are ready for the test, inform Master Chan. For more details on each testing level and for a pdf of the test document, visit our website. Please pre-pay all testing fees via Paypal or send check to Chan's Kung Fu School.

4. In addition to scoring your written test, Master Chan will review your video performance to ensure you have learned the necessary skills at each level. You will receive Master Chan's recommendations based on this review. If your overall score is 75% or higher, you will also receive certification at the appropriate level.

5. Distance Training Program students must complete all seven levels (from yellow sash to red sash) within a three-year period.

6. Students who wish to participate in the instructor certification program must have earned a blue sash or higher with the International Wing Chun Martial Art Association. To join the instructor training program, fill out a registration form and send it to the International Wing Chun Association, along with a $75 instructor program fee.

Wing Chun Student and Instructor Rankings
As a charter member of the International Wing Chun Martial Art Association, Chan's Kung Fu School provides expert instruction in all seven levels of the International Wing Chun ranking system. Proficiency in these levels is also a prerequisite for individuals who wish to become certified Wing Chun instructors.
