     There are three levels in the Tai Chi curriculum, beginner, intermediate and advanced level.

  Beginner Level

  Intermediate Level
 

Tai Chi Palm Form

• Basic Moving Push Hands
• Stationary Two Hands Push Hand with Applications



  Advanced Level
 

Yang Fan Form
• Tai Chi Spear
• Wudong Sword Form
• Moving Push Hands with Application
• Advanced Push Hands Applications
