Jow Ga Siu Hung Kuen DVD

   The third of the beginner level DVDs in Jow Ga forms, this video features Siu Hung Kuen, the third hand form taught in Jow Ga Kung Fu. Siu Hung Kuen uses whipping strikes, teaching the student how they can generate power through speed in their strikes as opposed to using raw muscle power. At this level of training, students are also introduced to basic weaponry using a matched pair of batons.
