   Man Gee Kuen is the seed from which all the other Jow Ga hand forms come. It emphasises the blending of Hung and Choi styles into Jow Ga. Man Gee Kuen starts with dynamic breathing techniques of Hung Ga to strengthen bones and muscles, and also to stimulate the Dan Tien to build up internal energy.
