Sorin
Constantinescu 1st Level Instructor - Tai Chi (Black Sash) Sorin's Tai Chi journey started sometime in the fall of 1989, about 7000 miles away in Bucharest, Romania. After emigrating to the US, he re-tied the knot with Tai Chi when he discovered Chan's Kung Fu School in the summer of 2000. Under the watchful eye of Master Chan, Sorin has gradually made his way to the Tai Chi Black Sash level after studying the Tai Chi curriculum at the Chan's Kung Fu School. Sorin is now a certified Tai Chi instructor. Sorin enjoys the energy building, the empty hand forms, the weapon forms and applications of Tai Chi for health as well as for self defense. Sorin is also a Tai Chi instructor for the Grand Rapids Parks and
Recreation Department.
