There
are many types of Tai Chi, each similar yet different in
their philosophies, methods, and techiques. Our curriculum
is designed to expose students to three very different styles
of Tai Chi - the gentle and soft Yang Style, the aggressive
Tai Chi Mantis, and the hard and soft mixture of Chen Style.
